Honey massage (also called tapping or Russian massage) is a therapy known for a long time, used in North America, Ukraine, Russia, and Japan. During honey massage, the process of skin and subcutaneous tissue regeneration — including muscles — is activated, and the skin is cleansed by expelling accumulated toxins and excess minerals through the skin. In a later stage, honey massage is combined with classic massage for effective and faster health improvement.

It is much more effective than peeling and sauna. It is an original method of manual therapy. Combining therapeutic massage with the action of honey helps unblock the lymphatic system and stimulates sweat gland secretion. The massage improves circulatory efficiency, has anti-inflammatory effects, and supports the body’s natural immunity (hardens the body).
